It is an arrange marriage, wife was not aware of the mental disability (past history of epilepsy and schizofrania) of the husband. The marriage is only one month over, the husband has already filed for RCR as she returned back her parental home after 3 days of her marriage. Can she seek anulment/ nullity, or only the contested divorce is the option? Please share your opinion.
