Rcr filed by wife at last after dv, 498a,crpc-125, in a row.

You submit before the court that you are ready to take her back but she must withdraw all the cases which she has filed.  It is sufficient, if she agreed for this petition will be closed , if she didn't then file an objections

Why do you want to take back your wife after all these false cases had booked against you and u r family members, do u think your family life will come to normal when your wife withdraws all the cases and come and stay wit you, you will be in more danger than the presnet condition,

regarding the RCR, there will be a councelling session for the same, here you be clear what you want to say, you can even say since first she had filed 498A, DV and these cases are stil pending, i am not in a position to think over this, els, i cannot take back my wife because of all the cases she had filed,

here no one can force you to take back her.

sometimes it sounds funny that a husband is asked to be positive even after the wife has crossed all her limits to implicate him and his family. but no one asks a wife to be positive , and try to resolve the issues in family before filing ridiculous cases ... if war is declared from the other party and has started attacking you, then there is no other option but to fight and protect yourself.  

If it didn't work right now it will never work in future espcially now she has filed several cases on you.

becoz of her u hv in jail and now u want to say that " even after causeing so much grave, irreparable, extreme cruelties caused by the wife the husband is willing and ready to take wife back...once she withdraws all the cases"....

what do u really want? 

U shud never take such lady back otherwise every year ur two months will be in jail!!!

Dont try such trap with advocate atleast.
