Give me advice

A husband leave his wife from more than one year.

Advocate advise- she hv to send a notice nor file the RCR sec.9 case.

Send a notice detailing events, require husband to allow you join his company, get elders interference and if not sorted out file RCR

My personal openion is aslo before filing RCR every lawyer have to sent notice to respondend.
