hello,
What is the process of a RCR petetion.
1-I have filled it 1 year ago.
2-She filled written reply.
3-Court directed for meditation, but failed
4-She denied to came back in front of judge, they are not going for 24 HMA, because maintenence already granted under 125 crpc. 498a, DV alredy filled & going on.
Now what is the further process of RCR.

Right no one can force anybody, I am also looking for divorce only. somebody told me that after RCR (if it goes on your favour), divorce bacame easy.

1y from rcr decree, you can apply for divorce on the basis of rcr decree not honourd by wife. means, she is not interested in marriage, so she cant oppose divorce.

You have a ground of divorce as has failed to comply with a decree for restitution of conjugal rights for a period of two years or upwards after the passing of the decree.
