re arrest after bail

can an accused be re arrested by police on a fresh complaint once the accused has been granted bail in a non bailable offence.

Definitely, not possible. When a person is on bail he is conceptually under the custody of the court which granted him bail. An accused who is under the custody of a court cannot be arrested by police in a fresh case. But he can be arrested again when the bail comes to an end.

om prakash sir in case of point no. 2 can the accused be directly arrested by police or only with permission from court
