Dear Sirs, Kindly suggest me the following :
One woman got mutual consent divorce - from her husband. She has a got a male child. After getting divorce,, within two months she remarried another man. After the remarriage, the first husband does not know about the remarriage, he is approaching for conjugal relationship and want to cancel the MCD. What will be the step she has to take ? Will it be possible to get re-marriage of the First Husband ?

I do agree with Mrs. Renuka. Now it has become a fashion to get divorce from ist husband for silly reasons and go for second marriage.

Thanks to your replies. If the second husband does not willing to get divorce, what will be the position of her as well as her child ?
