It is requested to kindly throw some light on the recent changes in the TDS provisons that are applicable for the financial year:2011-12. As per my understanding, there are only a few amendments like non-quoting of PAN would attract TDS @ 20% and if transporters quote PAN, then there would be no occasion for TDS etc., Kindly respond.
