Reconstruction

We have an old building since 1983. It has got Grampanchayat House No. and we are paying tax of the said building every year. Beside my father, some other names are also there on 7/12. We have to reconstruct the same building (without extra area). Grampanchayat issued paermission for reconstruction. Now other member on 7/12 are raising objection on reconstruction. Will there be a problem for us?
