Recording phone calls in 498a

In 498a cases, do the police tap the phone calls made from the mobile numbers of the accused persons(AFTER filing of the case)? If they record something, will that have any value in court?

How do we know if our calls are being tapped or not?

@Authors

Why worry when you are not wrong? Let them tap anything. It is generally not done but if done then it can be produced in court and shall be relevant.

in 498A cases the police can not going to tape the phones or mobile, if they do that then this is a long procedure as senction is mendatory because if they do that thing without permission of govt./senior officer then this will be the violation of your fundamental right (right to privacy).
