recording videos

Hi All, I am a trainer and I give online training. To the students.I want to know if somebody is recording my videos then is it ileegal as it requires lot of time and hard work to understand and deliver the training and once someone records the training which is my hard work and they can sell it at the price they want. So I want to know is there legal way so that I can stop anyone recording my videos or any process by which person can be sue In India. Regards .Abhay

Do you provide online training that is live or do you record your videos so that others can view it? What type of online training do you provide? Knowing a little more about it will help to provide you the correct advice. Otherwise you will have to invest in a piece of software that protects your training material. Please provide further information as to what type of online training you are providing?
