Recourse against false accusation by women employees

What is the recourse/ defense available to a male employee of a company against whom false accusation/ allegation of assault and abduction with malafide intention has been made by a woman employee? Same accusations were made by the female employee on earlier occasion wherein a male employee was terminated by the company.

You'll have to prove your innocence in the hard way. If the motive of the female employee in making false allegations is to extort some money, collect evidence for that. Since nowadays, the environment is such that generally the allegations made by a lady are prima facie presumed to be correct, you shall have to prove them wrong by providing contrary proof / evidence. It depends on the facts of the case.
