Recovery of money

Page no : 2

Kumar Doab (FIN)     10 July 2017

The employee that does not keep a copy of any document signed by employee has grossly erred.

Does employee has any statement that shows a/c are reconciled periodically say; quarterly/half yearly,annually.....................Form16 etc?

Apparently the employee is being vindicated.

If a case has ben filed then defend it on merits.

What is this summary statement?

Is it in house document or for some summary suit?

This thread should be an eye opener thread for community of employees.

1.she was not given any statements that so much cleared. Coz even as of today I get it manually checked with accounts dept on their computer tally WATS my balance. 2.Summary is the pages of books from Tally which is input as per accounts leader as outstanding. 3.No other documents signed by her to say she has agreed to repay it as repayable loans.

Apparently there is not substance in instance of debt and admission of debt.

You are on which side: employer, employee?

Employee side

When a bill is submitted a voucher can be generated for a payment.

The payments are apparently against the Bill.

There might be some imnprestted cash.

Relate and conclude and close.

Be careful you may also face such situation from such employer and such attorney's of employer in accounts.

Oh that's a eye opener. When voucher is signed against submitting bills, the accounts dept doesn't gives a voucher r any receipt

There are/should be atleast 2 copies; 1for employee, 1 for employer.

If there are bills and not paid with signature/admission by employee then it can rather amount to debt on employer.
