recovery of my professional loan

IF you have balance of fee or the incidental charges or expenses  spend in the case has not been paid ,you should issue niotice to the client for ecovery. If you are aggrieved of NOC you should file complaint  before the Bar 

You can institute an action for recovery of outstanding professional fees. It could also be that there are grounds for moving against the other advocate before the Bar Council. Please examine.
