Dear Friends,
A friend of mine has a Company established under Indian Companies Act, 1956. He intends to recruit employees abroad to expand the Company's activities there.
Few questions pertinent to the above situation that I need clarifications on are:
a) will it be possible for an Indian Company to recruit employees overseas (Indians or natives of foreign country).
b) what are the proceedures to relocate a present employee to an overseas location, if needed.
c) what will the financial and taxation implication arising out of such recruitment.
