I got a final order in my favour from the consumer district forum ( mumbai suburban) .However the order has clerical errors like in the judgement paragraph it is written 30K would be penalty for harrasment but the concluding sentence of the order carries a figure of 20k.The bare act Section 14(hhb) says minimum of 5% of the claim which is Rs 60K .Thus it had to be 30k only .
the order also states that the amount has to be paid by March 31st and April 1st onwards ,it will carry an interest of 10% till payment .
I was told this interest should be 18% , though i did find any reference for this in consumer protection act
