Rectification deed

Sir/Madam,

I purchased a land in Tamil Nadu, in the sale deed, there is a mistake with respect to the dimensions.

Actual Dimension required (Correct Dimension as per previous parent document):  East to West = 33 ft and North to South = 40 ft. Total Area: 1320 Sq. ft.

Dimension mentioned in my sale deed (wrong dimension): East to West =  66 feet and North to South = 20 ft. Total Area: 1320 Sq.ft.

To correct the mistake done on dimensions, I made a rectification deed for the above sale deed and it is registered. Later on notification, once again there is a mistake in the rectification deed with respect to the dimensions.

Dimension mentioned in rectification deed (wrong dimension): East to West =  20 feet and North to South = 66 ft. Total Area: 1320 Sq.ft.

My Queries to honorable experts are:

1. Is it possible to do once again a rectification deed (second time)?

2. If rectification deed can be done, please guide me the procedure or approach.

Thanks and Regards,

G. Aranganathan.

Yes you can get it rectified by second rectification deed.  Procedure will be the same as you followed earlier.
