I have taken a flat recently in pune and on my agreement papers date of regstarion is 10th decemeber 2010.
But in registar office we presented this at 13 decemeber 2010
So on my agreement papers
date of execution is - 10th dec 2010
date of presentation is - 13 th dec 2010
But due to typing mistake of clerk , he put both date of execution and date of presentation same
i.e. 13th dec 2010.
In order to rectify this mistake , I have done rectification deed on 29 dec , 2010 to read date of execution as
10 th dec 2010 only and not 13th dec 2010.
But in this rectification deed , there was one more typing mistake of date and it's wronly said that "original agreement was made on 10 oct 2010" and not 13 dec 2010 ..so ultimately I have to do one more rectification deed.
I wanted to know is there any limit of doing rectification deeds after orignial agrrement and is there any time limit that we have to do rectification deed within say 3 months or 6 months from date of registarion ..
please advise me
