I have bought a property in re-sale. The title of the proprty has been trasferred twice before this transaction. I recently noticed that there is a typing mistake in the first agreement (in the property address in the power of attorney of the first buyer). I wanted to get it corrected but both the parties of first transaction are not available for rectification deed. Is there any other way of rectifying the mistake? The title of the property is currently in my name.
