Have bought a land 15 years back, per sale deed the site is
East to west is 60 feet and north to south is 40 feet.
But actually as per layout plan it is.
East to west is 40 feet and north to south is 60 feet.
This is genuinely a typing mistake, have seen all the documents of site surrounding us and all is fine, no one is creating trouble.
Now how do we rectify this. The site was sold to us thru a registered POA holder and the original owner (seller) is no more.
