Dear Experts,
Is it correct that only a civil judge of senior division has the jurisdiction to decide a recvoery suit of amount above 10 lac ? Or even a judge of junior division can hear the case? My case for 20 lac of recovery (damages) was first transferred to civil judge of senior division from civil judge junior divison but again transferred back to civil judge junior division.Any change in rules?
