redevelopment of Mahada bldg by pvt builder

At the time of redevelopment, Buidler has given format of MHADA  for sign and it is irrevocable and told it is standard drdaft of mahada. and  insisting that the irrevocable consent from occupant for redeveopment should be only in the format prescribed by MHADA. How far this is valid? Further in case necessary modifications are required in the consent letter, can it be possible?

It is correct there is a kind of format of consent, which is given under MHADA act.  However, there can some alteration as per circumstances.
