Redevelopment of society buildings

Sirs,

Our CHS (Plot-B) facing main road is considering redevelopment and is the initial stage. Neighbouring CHS (Plot-A) is also going for redevelopment. They have a pipe approach (narrow, about 3 mtrs) from the main road and the CFO (Chief Fire Officer) is not allowing them to go beyond a certain height.

And, therefore they have approached our CHS for going together so that the common boundary wall between the adjuscent plots can be removed as a result they will also have a wider approach from the main road. They are willing to compensate us.

What would be the best scenario (option) to move forward for our CHS?

Amalgamation of plots? Merger of societies? Giving right of way? Etc., Etc.

Upon such written request from the other society, your society in GB can take a decision to permit passing of such pipes as a special case on one time fee.  Contact local Advocate and get a draft of such permission / agreement in between two societies for passing of such pipe lines.
