Reputed websites for posting your tenders online are the following:

https://www.subinfra.com/business-partner.phpl

www.buildingindustryonline.com.au/

As far as Reputed Biuilders and Developers are concerned they are many. But  to  name  a few Tatas, Godrej, Lodhas etc. They are  not only reputed for their high quality constructiuon work but also are reliable. If you appreciate this  answer please click the thank you  button on this  forum.

You are soliciting the investment help and expertise of builders, credit worthiness etc., from a forum dedicated for guidance on litigation. Let all owners form as a commitee, elect officce bearers, make the society / Association with robus funds for seeking professional advise.  Just make inquiries with such owners who has given their lands previously for such developments at other places their experiences and then decide.   Remember, common owners are no match to developers/builders and only professionals can tackle them.

Sir,

Government of Maharashtra has issued a circular on 3rd January 2009, this very clearly and exhaustively depicts the mandatory procedure to be followed by the societies while opting for redeveopment.

The circular is attached for your perusal.

Good Luck,

Kishor Mehta
