Hello,
I took a Vehicle which was funded by ICICI Bank in 2007. My signature is forjuried three or more
places like Application form and some other places.
The company is claiming that I had a second applicant as my daughter which is not true. When I saw the
all the documents I came to know that my daughters signature is forjuried. When I compared the signatures
all are forjuried.
She had a relation with the bank from June 2008 and I think they might have taken the documents
from that like her Name, Signature and other stuff.
My concern is that:
1) Can the bank take a married women as a guranteer without the concern of her husband. Even for her
father.
2) How can my daughter proceed further.
3) CAn I file a case against the Bank if so what type of case
4) Can I claim Compensation from the bank.
