Dear Sir,
My father is refugee from Pakistan. When he came to india in 1950, the Govt of india allotted him a piece of land in lajpat nagar Delhi. We are three brothers and one sister and are residing in the same land. I want to know:-
1. whether this property which in the name of my father shall be treated as ancestral property.
2. Can he dispose of this property by any will
3. Whether I can seek partition of the property and if so, what court fee I will be required to pay in court for seeking partition.
