Refund of security (bail bond)

Dear Friends,

 

In  a criminal case two of our employees has given Bail bond (by way of FDR receipt original) in court for two other employees. the said FD was made by the Company in the name of employee who has given said bond. Case has now been disposed off and accused being released under plea bargain. 

Please explain the procedure for refund/release of said FDR. also send if any form available to file  an application.

while taking bond. court never keep original FDR with it.. they only put a stamp on FDR.. and FDR remains with the owner.

and when the case is dispossed off,, court him self cancel and bail bond.

normally judge himself ask,, "did you bring FDR's today". for cancel of stamp and signed by MM himself.

 

you must place the FDR before court to cancel the edorsment/stamp on it,

thats it.
