All is NOT well (Harrased by Biased Laws)     06 March 2017

Reg. dasti notice

Dear Ld. Experts,

In civil matter, Dasti notice issue to a party given his office address, if the dasti notice handed over to the HR of the office by the court's person instead of the party (because the person whoes dasti is issue to was on leave that day).

in this case will this dasti notice will be considered as 'Served'? or else if the court person produced affidavit that notice handed over to HR of the office-will that be considered by court as Notice Served?

Thanks!

1. Its is considered as served .

2. Collect the same from your HR and see what case has been filed . Is it a DV case ??

3.Be a Man and face the case , even before the case is starting you seem scared . Once you visit the court you will get used to the routine and become strong .
