Please clarify:
Our organization is having ESI & PF registrations. Besides our own employees, we have deployed contract employees since Jan-2014. The contractor does not have ESI & PF registrations. Earlier the number of contract employees were below 20. Now From Apr-14 It is above 20.
The contractor wants to get registration with the ESI PF departments. What should he do for Registrations. Please ensure the minimum number of employees for a contractor where it is mandatory to get PF & ESI Reg.
Also tell that as principal employer, are we making any mistake in the eyes of PF & ESI departments.
