Dear Sirs
I am running retail business in 5 different locations in the same name. Each location has @ 4 to 5 staffs & total employee strenght is @ 20. (But each place have only 5 employees). Also the salary levels are more than 6500 per person. I want to know, if i am supposed to get enrolled into the pf & ESI. Can you kindly clarify the same? Thanks

If the total employee count is 20 or more then PF is mandatory even when they are in different place, as they all work in the same organisation of yours (Think the books of account is maintained as one and all salary paid are shown in it).
ESI limit is 15k and even if 1 employees is below this, then it is covered under ESI.
