reg property

my greatgrandfather had bought 3 lands in 3different places in same village,in1911.and his only son enjoyed the property leaving his 3sons,two lands hadbeen sold,the heirs of my greatgrandfather are now claiming the share of remaining land,stating as family property,but the parent document stays in the name of my greatgrandfather,earlier they filed the suit and it was dissmissed under order7rule11.now after 6years they have filed another suit again.
