A person made an agreementt with the 1st wife in d family court that he will pay 5 lakh in installments and after paying d installment of Rs. 1.5 Lakh he got divorce on the ground that he will pay rest 3.5 lakh within next 1 year and go for 2nd marriage.
But after d second marriage a female baby born and d husband with his new family become unable to pay the rest amount because he have to continue treatment of both new born chield and mother within his limited salary.
What he have to do if he want that the court become kind toward him so that he got releif from paying the rest maintanance amount to his 1st wife or to minimise the same because he could not deny to take care of his newborn chield and the sick 2nd wife.
