Dear Experts,
FIR against me and parents was registered in Haryana u/s 498a/406/506/34. Recently after our regular bail form court, investigation was completed by police and police filed chargesheet (CS), which we still have to get from court. I came to know that Ms. 498A is pressing for addition of two more witnesses in CS to police. My queries are:
1. Can more witnesses be added (on request of Ms. 498a) to the CS submitted to Court?
2. Do we need to complete any formalities in context of our bail after receipt of CS from court?
Please advice.
