The surety has to give the different sureties each time. same surety cannot be given in all the cases, means documents must be different such as FDR/ property documents / RC of Car etc.

For cheque bounce cases you can give personal bond and no need of any surety.
Pl give details where is your case. If there is custom of bail by other person , you should go in revision so that others will also be benefited.
