hi to all. i'm sathees from salem. i was born in jan 28th, 1991. having birth cert for it. but when joining to the school they put as june 9th,1991. so my marksheets, license, pan card and etc follows it. now i want my birth certificate wit tc date. can it possible? what are the ways to get? plz help me, i need this information 4 applying passport...
