Dear Sir,
I recently got married and its a second marriage. Out of the Second Marriage I have a sweet charming daughter from my Second Wife.
I have made a Deed of Adoption and adopted the daughter and duly registered it.
Now She is staying in Maharashtra as her school term has to be completed.
Now, As I have get her into a new School in Andhra Pradesh State, does deed of adoption is enough to change her fathers name?
or Do i have to apply for change of name procedure / or change of fathers name in Birth Certificate?
Im totally confused.
