Regarding chargesheet

Sir,

We get regular bail from Session Court (498a) on 1 nov. but still police is not submit the charge sheet as date of complaint is 1 sept. Police asking money for submitting the charge sheet and tell if u not give the money we will apply for cancellation of bail.

yes, i am agree with zeeshan.Ask (through money bhai) the IO to remove maximum name from the chargesheet.Also  It will increase the pressure on 498a gang because they want to harresed you and your family members upto maximum limit.

Only three names in FIR. they are asking money for to weak the charge sheet. and nothing else.

police cannot make the charge or the chargesheet  weak in any sense if the complainant is strong, if they really make the charge sheet weak the complainant can file a protest petition in the court and ask the court to give order so that the police will re investigate the case,

forget about evey thing as u are on bail leave it to them, just appear in court when ever ur date comes.

it is the headace off the complainant to make the police file the charge sheet so that a speedy trial can go on.

if u want to do some thing file a Quash petition in the High court challenging the FIR, by saying that all fale averments are made in the complaint.

I advice giving money to police is waste, instead ahead with the Quash petition. 

alternatibvely you can get the police officer arrested by bribery trap laid by the CBI or state vigilance as applicable depending upon the state in which you are. The resul is that you are on bail and he will be applying for the same.

NOTHING TO WORRY. POLICE CAN DO NOTHING. LET THEM TAKE AS MUCH AS TIME THEY NEED TO FILE. IT'S NOT AT ALL YOUR RISK. INFACT THEY CANNOT STRETCH AS THEY LIKE. THERE ARE CERTAIN PARAMETERS. SO BE HAPPY AND RESUME TO YOUR NORMAL WORK. UNTILL TRAIL COMMENCES, DON'T THINK ABOUT YOUR CASE.

1.what is the time limit for submission of charge sheet ?

2.Opposite party is going for cancellation of bail?

Cancellation of bail in 498a can happen only in exceptional cases.

did you get a anticipatory bail or regular bail by getting arrested and r u fullfilling the conditions given in the bail order. if so u need not worry about the other party applying for cancellation of bail

dont worry about the case get back to work,

the police after investigating the case, I mean after collecting all the evidence from the complainant will file the charge sheet.

Police would take their own sweet time to submit chargesheet, be patient.
