Dear sir can my mother claims on her mothers property .she has three brothers & three Sister but elder one was die before three year .Now my mother brother sheel most of the property but can my mother claim on remaining property or whole property as per each percentage.
What can i do pls. suggest for me.

If your mother's mother has not left any will, your mother can claim her share from the entire property as per the Succession Act. Contact a good advocate.
