Regarding company not giving me my reliving letter

I was working in a company from past 1+ yrs and just resigned recently 10 days back .

the notice period is 60 days and i was ready to serve it .

The company told me that 12/12/2014 will be your last working day and at around 6.00PM they took all documents from my end and said that since it is late now - we will provide you the reliving letter on Monday ( next working day ) . But now - they not picking calls , nor responding to mails .

What should i do now

1. Don't remain entangled with Line Managers/HRS PERSONNEL and submit a representation preferably by Letter thru Redg. Post, addressed to good offices of appointing authority, MD, narrating that on Dated.....You submitted notice of resignation (by hand/post etc to Ms....in office located at address.....) and affirmed that you want to serve notice period of..... days ,while Mr/Ms...stated that you stand relieved from dated.... and that no tasks are pending at your end and nothing else is pending at your end and that you may remain at home and not attend the office and acknowledgement of resignation, acceptance of resignation, NOC/NDC,service certificate, relieving letter, FnF statement in original ,FnF wages payment, PF number and a/c slips, salary slips, ESICCARD, FORM 16 shall be supplied by hand on Dated.... however same haven't been supplied to you and now no answered your calls (mention phone numbers, dates...) emails.... and further instructions be supplied to you by Redg post. 2. If you have mentioned notice period in notice of resignation then it can't be accepted before expiry of notice period and you can close by accepting notice pay of remaining days f4om 60 days.
