Please put your thoughts to below query:
How much valid is contract marriages in Hindu, India? i.e. where bride and groom enter/make agreement before the marriage on stamp paper with various conditions like cohabitation, love, dowry(taken or given), faults, taking care of elders, place of stay etc etc. in terms and condtions of the various categories.
Such marriages does stand in the law of court? How effective is it in terms of judiciary?
