how much court fee has to be paid for a civil case for a property if it is a land in a principal sub court in cuddalore district if market value of property is 10 lacs.because someone told that court fee limit for property value of 5 lacs can be paid in principal sub court and the balance court fee should be paid in the district head court i.e cuddalore.the case is esparte case they say that we have to pay as mentioned above and the case will be transferred to the district court and after few hearings the case will come to principal sub court where the property belongs.and can the opposition party reopen the case once judgement is passed.
