Regarding crpc 125 maintenance

Brief case history: I filed for Divorce, she filed fake 498a, CrPC/125, HMA/24, DV.

In faridabad Family Court, what is normal hearing cycle for CrPC/125 & DV?

How frequent next date is given?

Who gives next date - Judge or Peshgaar?

Does lawyer is not allowed to contest in family court at Faridabad?

What is Judge's  general attitude  towards husband while hearing the interim maintenance for wife & kid?

If there is also baby involves, what will be judge's attitude/response towards husband in following situation:

1. if husband tries to delay the maintenance by various method,

2. if husband willingly says that he want to give maintenance to baby but not to wife, and agrees to some amount to pay her.

Once some maintenance is fixed, what are methods of delaying it or not paying to wife, or part payment?

I assume, since small baby is involved, so maintenance can't be delayed for long? But, is there any method by which it can be delayed for some time.

What could be various hidden after effects in wife, FIL, MIL's mentality once maintenance starts?

Also, what hidden even it will have on my Divorce petition running in another court?

Thanks in advance.
