My wife has filed for maintenance under CrPC125 in sonipat district court in Haryana in Jan 2016. Today was the first appearance which I didn't attend. She has provided address of my parents instead of me despite very knowing well my address due to which i couldn't get summons and copy of her petition (by registered post first followed by Dasti summon twice before first date in court). I still have to engage a lawyer for case. For time being i asked a lawyer to represent me today and get another date, which he got as March 18. How can i obtain a copy of her petition from court? What is procedure for doing that? Please help.
