If a employee whose salary was 14000 pm and his EPF was being deducted, but now his salary is increased to 16000 pm.
Now will we be deducting EPF of the employee or not?
If the employee has resigned a month earlier and now he rejoins with 16000 pm salary, will EPF be deducted?
The rule is "Once you are covered under EPF, you are always covered". You should continue to deduct the amount irrespective the increment.
