Hello all,
I was born with the name SaiRamesh. My parents started using a different name for me (Ramesh) after the age of 15. Since then I have been using this name, I want to make this name official. Someone told me that I had to file a declarative suit in order to make sure the name change goes active from the day my name was changed (i.e. when I was 15). Can someone clarify how one goes about filing a declarative suit?
