Any body can help me, I have Flat maintenance related one query.
In our society no any Chairman etc. builder has all right, they maintain all flat. Right now they are not sale all flat, 15 to 20% flats are not sale. Even some liability is pending from them side like making garden, gate etc. however they collect maintenance from all members by cash every month and they are not given any receipt for this.
My question is can builder collect maintenance charges even society is not create. Why he is not given receipt. If it is not legal where I complain for this and which act apply for this.
