Dear Experts ,
my grandfather have 2 acres cultivating land .and my granfather have 2 sons my father and uncle .uncle died early's .5 years back my grand father and grand mother also daied .my uncle have one son and two daughters.
My father have two sons and one daughter .regarding that land my grand father did't write to any one .now my question is
1. To whom that land belongs to now.
2.is ther any right to my uncle sons daughter(means grand son daughter ) ,

the property will be divided exactly into 2 shares, i.e., one share to your father and another share to your uncle. since u r uncle is dead his Legal heirs will inherit the same. No body can stop them. Also in your father share all three children wil get equal rights over the property. similarly in your uncle share all his children will get equal share,
