Hi,
My cousin she is married and yet not divorced. However, she does not live with her huband and she wants to use her father's surname instead of her husband's surname. Now, how to proceed with that? Is it necessary to file divorce or get divorced for using her maiden name again.

there is no strict rule that she must use her husbands surname only after marriage.so she can revert back to using her fathers surname instead of her husbands surname now
