Regarding maintenance

I m posting my topic for some suggestions. Court had decided maintenance in november 2012. The main accused is proclaimed offender and living in foreign and till now didnt paid a single penny. His father is not ready to provide me space in his own named (my matrimonial house). What action can be taken now. Please suggest.

If court has ordered maintenance, you may seek relief only on that subject, for residence protection, you may have approach the court with DV Act, wherein you are entitled for the relief of accommodation.

Dear Querist

if there is any property/bank accounts exist in the name of husband you can approach the court to attached the property or account and recover your maintenance from that property or amount deposit in bank after filing execution petition u/s 125 of Cr.P.C.
