What happens if the medical certificate submitted for medical leave is sent for second opinion and there, it was not certified?
1)Can the employee be suspended or dismissed?
2)In case he is dismissed, should the interim paid duing the period of suspension be refunded?
3)If dismissed, what all retirement benefits and his savings he is entitled to get or lose?
The employee has done 18 years of service in Karantaka state.
