Will you kindly elaborate what is this Meditation Clinic business and the connection in which you were asked to come.

If it is mediation cell, it is your will and wish and you can attend the same as a formality to show your earnestness and by merely attending a process nothing is going to damage your case.

Who are they ?

What are their powers to take action against a citizen without any such authority ?

But , respect authority, convey your side of things and make records straight.   This is just decency and courtesy and honesty should reflect in every actions.

To attend it or not is left to your will but no one can impose anything on you.

The authorities just menions that other party has not attended and shown interest in compromise, hence petition treated as closed and disposed.
